Café and tavern

Together with our fantastic and highly skilled local partners and suppliers, Gripkroa will once again be open throughout the season!

The café is open when the Grip boat is on the island.

In June and August, we will offer a simple selection of local food: pastries, prepared baguettes, or butcher's sausages, along with a variety of salty and sweet snacks.

In July, we offer a full menu with both hot and cold dishes. As in previous years, you can enjoy bacalao, sandwiches, and other local delicacies from Smia Fish Restaurant, Angus Gaupset, Tor Sevaldsen Bakery, and Tingvoll Cheese.

Gripkroa has a full liquor license and a wide selection of beverages to suit most tastes.

Here you can also try our popular local beer: "1888 Grip Lighthouse," brewed and delivered by the craft brewery Crave Cave Brewery on Averøy.

The menu will be published in the course of June.
