Saturday 08.06.24, we can offer the following on our lunch menu out in the open sea:

GRIP FISH SOUP

Smia fish restaurant´s famous fish soup - served with fresh bread and butter. Homemade local food with a soul from two cheerful blacksmiths at Smia Fiskerestaurant. kr. 199.-

STRAWBERRIES WITH VANILLA SAUCE

Freshly picked strawberries from Nedre Frei farm - served with vanilla sauce and drops of maple syrup. kr. 59.-

We offer a wide selection of drinks to accompany your meal. Additionally, we always have coffee, tea, lefse, chocolates, and various salty snacks on the menu.

We also have hot dogs with bread/flatbread on the menu for children.

We warmly welcome all our guests to a pleasant day at Gripkroa with local food on the menu.

Starting this year, KKS Gripruta and our skilled suppliers are managing Gripkroa in the old Grip School.

The building is undergoing renovations, with the municipality replacing the roof and the west wall. The cafe is now open for the season, but we will gradually introduce this year's offerings as the renovation work is completed.

In the long term, we aim to take Gripkroa to new heights. You can hardly find a more unique location, and the building deserves to be lively. Together, we want to provide all of you who visit and are on the unique Grip with great experiences.

Through our collaboration with the cheerful blacksmiths at Smia Fiskerestaurant, we will establish a hot food offering during the season, consisting of:
